SENTRILLION (through its subsidiary–LTS Corporation) provides the following communication support services ...
SENTRILLION provided practical, technical,
and strategic support to finalize planning for, and to successfully implement a
symposium at the White House regarding a faith-based response to HIV/AIDS.
SENTRILLION was responsible for budget, agenda, identification of participants,
logistics, evaluation planning, media planning, progress reporting and follow-up.
SENTRILLION provided meeting planning
and logistical support to a cross-border Health Commission Design Team for a series
of six team meetings. SENTRILLION coordinated
all meeting space, travel and lodging arrangements for all participants, distributed
meeting materials, and arranged for facilitation and recording and distribution
of meeting minutes.
Through a series of reporting mechanisms
established when strategic planning was adopted in an agency, SENTRILLION assisted
the agency in relating program audits and evaluations to program performance by
applying knowledge management/sharing strategies to determine the need for program
shifts. SENTRILLION staff effectively linked performance narratives to indicators
to enable agency management to make decisions affecting program operations.
SENTRILLION developed methodologies
and data collection strategies to enable an agency’s operating units to perform
and report self-assessments. In addition, SENTRILLION developed the means to evaluate
their reliability by linking them to performance indicators providing both statistical
and narrative output for management purposes.
SENTRILLION provided information systems experts to assist with the development and implementation of a department-wide Management
Information System to track foreign travel information. This Web-based system manages
the Notification of Foreign Travel (NFT) information for DHHS and is being scrutinized
for possible use in other Government agencies where ease of use and security are
of the utmost importance.
SENTRILLION assists a Committee Management
Office by supporting several areas relating to regularly scheduled Advisory Council
and Committee meetings. Staff are responsible
for supporting the Advisory Council meetings by reproducing materials for the meeting,
entering and maintaining data for the Committee Management Module of NIH's IMPAC
II system, assisting in preparation for Council meetings, processing travel vouchers,
entering and maintaining check registers, and posting Federal Register announcements
regarding the Council meetings.
SENTRILLION facilitators and recorders
prepare monthly meeting agendas, compile and edit materials from proceedings into
an organized record, which documents the objective of the session, organizes the
materials presented, summarizes the meeting results and identifies action items
for follow-up.
The report provides a clear record of the group's work and can be used as the draft report for the permanent
record. SENTRILLION also stores the final reports online on the agency’s Website.
SENTRILLION staff participated in the
design and development of a survey using automated, online data gathering to determine
client satisfaction of development information services and products.
In addition, SENTRILLION staff collaborated with business leaders on the
phrasing, sequencing and rating of questions to determine how best to pose questions
designed to solicit maximum response.
