SENTRILLION  (through its subsidiary–LTS Corporation) assists in all aspects of the grant management and grant review process. Professional and technical personnel assist in the coordination and administration of the receipt, processing, coding and assignment of incoming applications.  Our experienced team assists the research committees and committee activities by identifying potential reviewers, scheduling conference calls, and arranging meetings and travel/hotel accommodations for committee activities. Reviewer names are obtained by conducting searches or through direct contact with designated consultants. Information packages are compiled and tracked for distribution to scientific committee members prior to the review as well as the preparation/distribution of materials at the actual scientific review meeting. SENTRILLION is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all documents prepared and distributed at the review meetings. At the close of the panel review session, all reviewers' critiques are collected, collated and used to draft summary statements. SENTRILLION assists in formatting and editing the final version of the summary statements.

SENTRILLION maintains databases and electronic systems for Internet-based peer reviews.

SENTRILLION tracks funding obligations and prepares complicated financial reports.

SENTRILLION assists in grant closeout activities involving reviewing files and working with Grant Management Specialists to identify those grants whose period of performance has terminated, checking files for completeness, and determining if additional documents are needed, completing closeout paperwork, and preparing the grant files for shipment to the Federal Records Center.
