Tim Peters

Mr. Peters is Sentrillion's Senior Vice President for Field Operations and manages the physical security division including engineering support services, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support services.

The consummate security professional, Mr. Peters has over 28 years experience working security and force protection missions in support of U.S foreign policy, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) strategic objectives. Mr. Peters had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 2001.

From September 1984 to July 2001 he was a member of the U.S. Army's 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) where he held leadership positions at every operational detachment level on special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense, direct action, unconventional warfare, and counter-terrorism missions supporting U.S. strategic objectives in politically sensitive and hostile areas within the Southern Command area of responsibility.

Mr. Peters was awarded the Legion of Merit upon his retirement from the U.S. Army "Green Berets". Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Peters joined Sentrillion and built the operational division responsible for successfully designing and implementing physical security solutions for the Department of Defense and for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Mr. Peter's efforts in operations and engineering enhanced Sentrillion's ability to receive ISO 9001:2008 certification and a Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Maturity Level 2 appraisal.

Mr. Peters holds a MA in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University's School of Business and Technology, and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
