DESCRIPTION:
Directs the work of all personnel exclusively supporting the program. Provides leadership, management, and oversight of teams and program support personnel. The program manager is responsible for all delivery orders, resolving program and/or project issues, providing cost estimates, proposal development, and tracking program status. The program manager serves as the primary point of contact for the USMS Contracting Officer.
As a prime contractor, Sentrillion has overall responsibility, accountability and authority for the successful technical, schedule and cost performance and management for the program.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Day-to-day execution of overall contract.
- Focal point for customer and subcontractor contractual responsibilities.
- Provide Program Management Services relating to all aspects of the program in the country and territories; including design and installation, maintenance, monitoring, inventory, and training.
- Manage responses to Requests for Estimate from Contracting Officer.
- Manage Sentrillion interests within the program management office
- Manage Sentrillion interests in design and installation of security systems.
- Manage Sentrillion interests in provision of central station monitoring services .
- Monitor the maintenance program, manpower staffing, and facilities for contractual compliance and customer relations.
- Identify deficiencies in facility and IT requirements.
- Support development of marketing activities and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate Maintenance, Engineering & Technical Support Inquiries.
- Receipt, acknowledgement and logging of inquiry/task order.
- Travel coordination.
- Leads geographically separated cross-functional teams to establish and achieve project execution requirements. Focal Point of Contact for Contracting Officer and Team Sentrillion on program and projects .
- Coordination of all Sentrillion program related activities.
- Launch all program related tasks within Sentrillion.
- Supply of all deliverables.
- Management and monitoring of progress on program execution.
- Inquiry/Task Order closure and invoicing.
- Development of New Business development strategies .
- Development of Statements of Work as required.
- Provide project and program management leadership through the entire term of the contract.
- Apply advanced project management, system engineering and development principles to achieve results.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze program detailed development schedules, supplier integration and coordination, providing clear communication across many internal departments as well as with external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Support the development and maintenance of budgets, support technical and program risk management planning and develop recovery/mitigation plans as necessary.
- Works closely with all functions to ensure efficient and timely program/project deliverables to customers. Develops project scope and objectives based on the portfolio and corporate initiatives.
- Measure program/project plans and provide detailed reports of progress against the plan. Reports progress in writing and/or in presentations to identify internal and external factors jeopardizing the program/project and escalates issues and recommended solutions to senior management.
- Contract management and contract management support as necessary.
Position Requirements
- Proven knowledge in Program and Project Management, and physical security systems .
- Ability to understand and present complex technical concepts and issues in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelors Degree .
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the activation of a cross functional team.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, “multi-tasked” environment and achieve goals while working under tight time constraints.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills along with outstanding leadership and management skills.
- 10 years management experience with seven years consisting of management of large complex security programs .
- Professional qualification and training certification required .
Desired Skills
- PMP certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of physical security systems installation and maintenance programs.

Work Conditions
- Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
- There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
- Travel as required.
Certifications
- Existing security clearance not required.
