Supervisor's Title:Director of Program Management
Location: Reston, VA
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and tracks projects using MS Project.
- Develops MS Project tools such as templates and reports.
- Uses MS project to prepare EVM reports .
- Provide services to both civilian and federal agencies, focusing primarily on Department of Defense (Army, DISA, and air force) and DHS accounts.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Reviews internal deliverables before submission to customer.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project; understand and utilize risk management methodologies.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.
- Tracks and reports labor hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Assist with compiling project budget reports.
- Compile and analyze project data.
- Participate in project meetings; transcribe all meeting notes.
- Communicates project information and changes to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in resource on-boarding, time tracking and billing coordination.
- Assist with project issues, scope, resource estimates and client expectations.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and other departments.
- Effectively applies our ISO and CMMI processes (business processes) and enforces project standards across the project lifecycle.
- Prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- At least 3 years of experience with assisting Project or Program managers.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
- Ability to meet Safe Driving Requirements.
- PMP a plus but not required.
- Must be proficient with MS Project and Server.

- Ability to work designated schedule, as well as maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Able to obtain related certifications and security clearances. Must be able to obtain a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance.
