The projects below are a sampling of the enterprise security management solutions Sentrillion provides to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). For additional information about how we can support your needs, please explore our Solutions or contact our Program Management Office directly.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Sentrillion provided technical and management expertise in support of the physical security solution implemented at the Department of Homeland Security’s National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) constructed at the National Interagency Biodefense Campus (NIBC) located at Fort Detrick, MD.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Through the Border Security Deployment Program (BSDP), Sentrillion is actively providing Electronic Security Solutions (ESS) at United States northern and southern borders’ Land Ports of Entry (LPOEs). The DHS certified and accredited (C&A) security solution is managed at regional command centers, providing a unified frontline security system for the United States LPOEs.
Sentrillion designed and deployed a Biometric Identity Management System enabling CBP to remotely staff and operate multiple LPOEs. The system utilizes biometric verification of trusted travelers to enable US citizens to legally cross the border without requiring a CBP officer to physically be at the LPOE. CBP officers at the Central Areas Surveillance Center (CASC) utilized voice and facial recognition from audio and video surveillance systems, as well as biometric fingerprint readers to verify the identity of citizens and granted them access through this first-of-its-kind remote POE.
