Sentrillion/LTS to Assist NIH in Developing Intramural Systems Biology Program
Bethesda, Maryland – LTS Corporation, a Sentrillion company, has been awarded a contract to support the development of a National Institutes of Health (NIH) Intramural Systems Biology Program to be hosted by the Center for Information Technology (CIT), NIH. Sentrillion/LTS will be providing subject matter expertise to assist CIT in developing this program.
Systems Biology is an emerging, interdisciplinary field combining biology, mathematics, engineering, and the physical sciences that integrates experimental and computational approaches to study and understand biological processes in cells, tissues, and organisms. It aims at a system-level understanding of biological systems.
LTS is offering the services of subject matter experts who are world renowned leaders in Systems Biology and Medicine, with more than three decades of collective experience in the subject matter, organizational leadership and national policy development. They are pioneers in the fields of Bioinformatics, Computational Molecular Biology, Translational Bioinformatics, and Biomedical Computing. The knowledge and expertise that they bring to this project will be an invaluable contribution to the Center for Information Technologys efforts in developing this exciting new program.
